This page explains what Saints Media collects when you visit this site, write to us or book a session, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
We only collect what you give us:
- When you email us: your name, your email address and whatever you write.
- When you book a coaching session through the calendar on this site: your name, your email and the payment details you enter. Payment is handled by Cal.com and Stripe. We never see your card number.
- When you fill in our project brief (discovery-brief.saintsmedia.co): the information about you, your brand and your project that you choose to share.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
2. How we use it
Your information is used only to:
- Reply to you.
- Prepare and run the session or project you asked about.
- Keep our client records.
- Comply with legal obligations when necessary.
We will never sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
We work with services that may process your information on our behalf:
- Vercel · website hosting and aggregate analytics
- Supabase · the database and media storage behind the site and the brief
- Resend · delivery of the emails generated by the brief
- Cal.com and Stripe · booking and payment for coaching sessions
- Our email provider · the inbox where your messages arrive
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
4. Storage and security
Messages stay in our inbox. Briefs are emailed to us and stored in our database so we can find them again and answer them. Bookings live in Cal.com.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to reply to you, provide our services, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to how we use it.
